Alex J. Gould is an actor and fight director originally from Brockton, MA. Since moving to the city he has been a part of various theatrical productions such as The Woodsman (New World Stages/ 59E59 Theaters) and Balls (59E59 Theaters) and has worked on and offstage with various theater companies such as The Flea Theater (Member of the Bats from 2012-2015) and Ensemble Studio Theater. When he wasn't acting or fight directing, he still needed to make money. After working a variety of jobs including production assistant for film and TV, dog walking, telesales for various Non-profit theater organizations, and multiple jobs at the Jewish Community Center (Grandma would be proud) he stumbled upon babysitting. Some called it "Mannying" (he did not). Alex realized that not only could he make a living babysitting, but that he could also make a difference in young kids' lives by acting as a positive role model. He felt he could teach these kids so much but that he could also learn from them—learn about patience, childcare, and about being a better person...but the reality is he is paying rent with money he made playing with Legos and kicking kids off of swings so that he could have a turn. Alex is thrilled to see the research of his “day job” transferred onto everyone’s personal screens through Nannies.         Instagram: @agouldini
